I have been a licensed Full-Time Realtor since January 1984. I received my Broker license in 1991. I have been with JME Realty since 1993. Prior to that, I worked in Cocoa Beach, FL.
To remain a Full-Time Top-Producing Realtor by dedicating myself to keeping up-to-date with the myriad of current real estate laws, rules, regulations and policies.
Also, I must be up-to-date on the numerous Financial/Lending and Government Programs available, based on the Clients' Family and Financial Considerations. To do this, I am constantly attending classes and courses needed to maintain a "high level" of Real Estate Expertise and Professionalism.
